Bar & wine facilities 
We are fully licensed and offer a comprehensive bar and wine service and in this respect, under no circumstances may guests bring their own drinks. An account bar can be set up in advance of the evening. Please call the Hospitality Team on 0870 727 4321 for more information.

Special diets
Menu choices carry a vegetarian alternative where applicable; we request that Party Organisers inform us of any special ethnic or dietary requirements at least two weeks prior to party date.

Car parking 
We have extensive on-site free parking with security surveillance. Parking is at the owners risk.

Loss or damage to property 
Any loss or damage to the Ascot Racecourse property is the responsibility of the client whose name the party is booked in.

Number of guests 
If you wish to increase your numbers we cannot guarantee that this is possible. However every effort will be made to accommodate additional guests. Notification of changes in numbers can only be accepted from the Party Organiser.

Travelling to Ascot
Few venues offer such good transport links. Arrive by train at Ascot station from London Waterloo or Reading, or if travelling by car the M3 and M4 junctions are only a matter of minutes away.
